With a design-forward atmosphere and a focus on genuine service, we’re seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to help lead our front-of-house operations and foster a best-in-class guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily FOH operations with a visible, hands-on, and service-first presence.
• Mentor and support team members through structured training, clear expectations, and daily accountability.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and labor management to ensure operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with kitchen and bar leadership for seamless service execution.
• Proactively manage guest relations, addressing issues with grace and professionalism.
• Facilitate onboarding, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives.
• Monitor inventory and manage vendor relationships and ordering systems.
• Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to refine systems and reach operational goals.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, ideally in a fast-paced, upscale concept.
• Passionate about food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• A strong communicator and empathetic leader who builds positive, accountable teams.
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred) and scheduling platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
